7. Facebook & Instagram Data Usage

When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account to Listingly AI, we access these accounts solely to publish content on your behalf. Specifically:

• We request only the permissions necessary to publish posts and view basic page/account information.
• We store only the minimum data required to maintain the connection (e.g., access tokens, page/account IDs, and page names).
• We do not download, store, or analyze your followers' data or private messages.
• You can revoke Listingly AI's access to your Facebook or Instagram accounts at any time through your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations, or by contacting us.
• Upon revocation or account deletion, we will delete all stored Meta platform data associated with your account.

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls.
